How We Use Information

Mailing List & Photo Gallery.  To sign up for our mailing list or to access our photo gallery, users must complete a registration form and provide us with Contact Information and Demographic Information.  We use this information to verify your identity, to tailor your experience at our Site, and to send you information about our company, events or other offers we think you would enjoy.  We may also use this information to notify you of changes to the Site, or to request your participation in surveys or other promotions. 

Ticket Purchases and Other Transactions.  To purchase tickets to events, or to order any other goods or services that may be offered from time to time on the Site, users must complete an order form and provide us with Contact Information, Demographic Information and Financial Information.  We use the Contact Information to verify your identity, to create internal account numbers in our record system and to provide relevant company and/or event information to ticket purchasers.  We use the Financial Information to process, charge and fulfill orders. 

Site Administration.  We may use your IP address or other Demographic Information to (i) tailor your experience at the Site; (ii) help diagnose problems with our server; (iii) administer our Web site; (iv) help identify you/your shopping cart; and (v) gather broad-based demographic information.

Sharing Information

Personally Identifiable Information.  No unique identifiers, financial information or other personally-identifiable information is shared with third parties, except to the extent that (i) such information must be disclosed to process orders and/or bill users for purchases (for example, we must submit your credit card information to a payment processing company to charge you for ticket purchases, and may need to provide your mailing address to a fulfillment/mailing partner to have tickets or other items you purchase sent to you); or (ii) an event is utilizing a guest list, as opposed to physical tickets, and your name (and any of your guests’ names) needs to be provided to the venue for entry into the event.   

Aggregated Information.  At times, we may share non-personally-identifiable information and/or aggregated user information with potential partners, advertisers, investors or other interested third parties.

Acquisition or Merger of the Company.  Soirée Events LLC may transfer all collected information (including personally identifiable information) to any successor in interest to Soirée Events LLC, such as an acquirer of the company, or to any company that Soirée Events LLC merges with.

Law Enforcement.  Soirée Events LLC may also disclose personally identifiable information if it determines that an applicable law, regulation or legal process requires it, or if Soirée Events LLC determines that it needs to share such information to protect or enforce Soirée Events LLC’s rights or the rights of another user.
